Palate: Food-friendly style with juicy and punchy flavors within
a tight, ripe acidic backbone giving length and velvety dry finish

Ageing Potential: Enjoy in its youth

Winemaking: Fruit is selectively hand-picked. Gently crushing
and short skin maceration result in fresh and soft juice.
After clarification by cold the juice is slowly fermented by
specially selected yeast strains to enhance varietal characters.
Right after fermentation our winemakers select the batches to
ensure decent quality in the final blend.
