Aroma: A refined nose of citrus, succulent honey enhanced by
toasted cashew and subtle sweet spices.

Palate: This elegant blend displays stylish finesse. Fine thread
acidity, layers of juicy citrus and complex integrated oak enhance
the sumptuous concentration and finish.

Ageing Potential: 5 years

Winemaking: The best grapes are sorted out several times in
the vineyards. At the winery, natural appoaches and conventional
winemaking allow the wines to express their supreme varietal
characters. Each component is individually matured in oak barrels
of various sizes, mainly French puncheon. After a marriage,
the Cuvée is matured with the highest care in 1000 L and
2000L oak casks. Released in the 3th year after harvest, the wine
is aged for a minimum of 2 years in oaks.
