VARIETY: 100% Tempranillo

AGEING: 12 months in new french oak barrels 70% & american oak 30%


Nose: Aromas of ripe fruit, spicy, earthy notes, lactic notes;  .


Palate:  It offers Black cherry, blackberry, dark chocolate, cedar, pipe tobacco and clove. A good structure, good acidity;


Food Recommandation: From beef and lamb to tuna, goose and game, or else fattier cuts of pork.
